Virtual Services

Virtual Staging

Virtual staging with digital furniture gives an empty home warmth and depth. Seeing an unoccupied house well lit and furnished beautifully allows the buyer to visualize it as home.

Virtual staging helps keep the buyer’s interest. Empty homes are often diminished in value by buyers as foreclosures and unmaintained properties. Keep buyers from clicking out of your listing with welcoming photos. Using digital furniture is a low cost to alternative to renting furniture for months at a time.

Interactive Floor Plan and Virtual Tours

Previewing homes on line gives the buyer a great deal of information about the home before they walk through the front door. Interactive Floor Plans are a unique and powerful sales tool. They provide the buyer with a concrete floor plan. Your buyer will have a greater sense of how the rooms are laid out and how well their current furnishings will work in the home.

Our tours are all produced in high definition and can be easily viewed on all mobile devices with fast loading speeds. We also email weekly reports that track analytics for your individual tours that allow you to track web traffic. Tours may include a professional voice over or your own music. Your photographer will measure and sketch the home for the floor plan unless one is provided by the owner or builder.

All virtual tours come with a flyer that may be displayed on line or printed out to put in an information box in front of the home. They also come with a QR code that will immediately take the buyer to the virtual tour page with your contact information

Interactive Floor Plans

Our custom virtual tours allow the incorporation of a floor plan image.  We can place clickable “hotspots” on the plan showing the location of the photograph and the view from that spot.  This feature helps the viewer get a sense of the flow of the property and how the spaces connect.

This feature is especially helpful to new home builders.  It allows them to differentiate their various floor plans in a way that a buyer can easily see the differences between each unique floor plan.
